Retail Supervisor – Home & Fashion (5-Month FTC)

British Heart Foundation in Dumfries is seeking a Supervisor to join our home & fashion store team on a 5 Month Fixed Term Contract. The role requires full flexibility across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays, working with staff and volunteers to deliver an outstanding customer journey.

You will ensure top customer service, drive sales and maintain visual standards while supporting recruitment and development of volunteers and stock generation in partnership with the store manager.
