Customer Host Supervisor — Retail Team Leader

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor for a 12-hour contract with weekend availability. You will support the Shop Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive visual standards, and manage day-to-day shop operations.

You will lead by example, coach the team, and help coordinate promotions and stock control, ensuring KPI targets are met while maintaining a positive store atmosphere.
