Airport Parking Assistant – Customer Service & Operations

APCOA PARKING UK is seeking a Customer Service Assistant at Aberdeen Airport. The role involves answering calls, handling face-to-face enquiries and ensuring car park equipment operates smoothly.

You will work a four on/four off shift pattern, including day and night shifts, and must have a full driving licence. As the face of APCOA, you’ll help maintain vehicle access, assist customers in distress, handle paperwork, and support marketing initiatives to boost sales and revenue.
