Learning Support Champion for Student Success

Portslade Aldridge Community Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help pupils access learning and reach their potential. You will support students in class, promote a calm, inclusive environment, and work closely with teachers to plan and implement strategies.

Ideal candidates are patient, flexible, and committed to teamwork, with strong communication and a positive attitude. Experience with children is welcome but passion for education matters most.
