Field-Based Property Manager | Car Allowance & Growth

FirstPort is seeking a Property Manager to support a portfolio around Gloucester and Wiltshire. This field-based role offers a permanent contract, normal hours of 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, and a £4,500 car allowance with benefits.

You will manage day-to-day operations, lead site visits, organise meetings with stakeholders, monitor budgets and service charges, and ensure health and safety compliance. The position emphasizes driving excellence in resident services and cross-team collaboration
