Care Home Maintenance Technician

Southlands Care Home in Harrogate, operated by Bupa UK, is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our team. The role covers building services maintenance, safety checks, repairs and on-call responsibilities, based at Southlands with a 37.5-hour week, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

You will ensure compliance with SOPs, manage defects and quotes, and support refurbishment activities while maintaining high standards of resident safety and comfort.
