Shift Leader – Plastics Recycling Plant

AO Recycling in Telford is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead a 6–7 person team on an automated production line. You will ensure equipment readiness, optimize throughput, and manage performance with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
