Recovery Facilitator (Part-Time) – Community Support & Groups

Change Grow Live Norfolk is seeking a part-time Recovery Worker in Thetford, Norfolk. The role involves assessing and engaging service users, delivering group-based recovery content, and coordinating with the alcohol team. 22.5 hours weekly with pro rata pay and permanent contract.

You will support entry into services, plan recovery, and promote social reintegration while upholding safeguarding and information governance standards. Training and development opportunities are provided.
