Housing Customer Advisor — Flexible Hours & Digital Support

Torus Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a fixed-term maternity cover role at our St Helens office. You will be the first point of contact for housing-related inquiries, delivering accurate advice and resolving issues across channels.

You will manage repairs, tenancy matters, arrears, and digital service support, while maintaining records and contributing to performance targets. This is a 37-hour week with occasional Saturdays.
