University of Southampton Auditory Implant Service (USAIS) is seeking a Referrals Coordinator to support cochlear and bone conduction implant pathways. You will act as a central contact for patients, triaging inquiries and coordinating clinical communications to ensure timely processing of referrals.
Working with clinic managers and staff, you will manage complex scheduling, maintain patient records and monitor RTT times.
