Rotating Shift Production Operator – Quality & CI

Mativ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Production Operative to support our manufacturing operations in Ashton Under Lyne.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a good understanding of production processes to keep lines running and quality high. You’ll work a rotating 12-hour day/night pattern across a two-shift cycle, contributing to continuous improvement and team collaboration.
