Maintenance Technician – Field Repairs, On‑Call

Serco is seeking a Maintenance Operative for the AASC – East of England region. The role is full time (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of £27,500–£33,500 depending on experience and skills, plus Serco benefits. A full UK driving licence is required, and a vehicle with tools is provided.

The successful candidate will perform reactive and pre-planned repairs, travel within the region and occasionally within the UK, and participate in on‑call duties on a rota basis to ensure 24/7 coverage.
