Role Overview
Our client, a global market leader, seeks a Night Shift Team Leader with strong manufacturing process experience to support recent investment and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the night production team, including management of line leaders
- Ensure production requirements and operational targets are achieved while maintaining H&S and Quality standards
- Maintain product quality to customer expectations, providing training to promote a high‑quality, continuous improvement culture
- Manage monitoring systems and generate reports
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent IT skills
- Confident communicator across all levels and functions
- Metrics and target‑driven mindset
- Lean manufacturing experience – must have
- Risk assessment trained – must have
