Bromsgrove District Housing Trust is seeking a Customer Insight Officer who is passionate about helping customers feel heard, respected and fairly treated. You will join the Customer Insight Team to investigate issues, handle Stage 1 complaints, and use customer feedback to drive service improvements across the organisation.
You will visit customers, gather evidence, coordinate responses, and write clear, empathetic replies that align with the Housing Ombudsman Code.
