Job Description:
Cardiff Council is seeking a dedicated teacher to join the T.E.A.M.@Severn team supporting learners unable to access school due to health and exceptional circumstances. You will plan and deliver bespoke lessons aligned with the EOTAS curriculum, challenging and motivating pupils aged 5 to 19 to progress.
You will work one-to-one and with groups, travel across Cardiff, and contribute to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
