Retail Customer Service Manager – Betting Shop

Entain’s Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops in Liverpool are seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to deliver top service, raise standards daily and support a busy shop team.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will take bets, process cash transactions, demonstrate products, resolve customer concerns with empathy, and work toward targets. You will work across a rotating pattern with early and late shifts, opening or closing the shop, and benefit from a pension scheme and wellbeing support.
