Customer Success & Sales Advisor (Flexible Hours)

Nemesis Now Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage the full customer journey, including quotations, orders and enquiries.

The role is office-based at Stoke-On-Trent with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30–5:00. You will handle domestic and international sales orders, respond to enquiries, support at tradeshows and events, ensure export document compliance, and assist Sales Reps and management with face-to-face interactions when needed.
