KS1 Autism Room Lead – Structured, Nurturing Education Lead

Step Teachers is recruiting for an Autism Room Lead (KS1) at a highly regarded primary school in Southgate, London. This is a long-term, full-time position starting September 2026.

The school serves children aged 3-11 and offers a dedicated SEND resource provision for ASD. The role involves leading daily provision in the KS1 Autism Room, supporting pupils with ASD, delivering structured learning activities, and collaborating with teachers, the SENCO, therapists and support staff.
