Ecommerce & Graphic Content Assistant (Print Shop)
Location: emarket design, London, SE28 0AQ.
This full‑time on‑site position offers great opportunities for career growth at a busy printing shop offering flyers, banners, business cards, posters, labels, packaging and personalised print items. We seek a creative and organised team member who can manage our online listings, build ecommerce websites, and create high quality digital content to support our online sales.
Role Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings for printing products on Amazon, eBay and Etsy.
- Write clear, accurate, SEO friendly descriptions for flyers, banners, business cards, posters, labels and other print items.
- Produce Amazon A+ Content, including enhanced brand images, comparison charts and product story sections.
- Design product photos, infographics and promotional graphics using AI image tools and Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Build or update ecommerce websites using Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce or similar platforms.
- Upload product catalogues, pricing, variations and print options across all online channels.
- Manage ecommerce operations: invoices, courier bookings, dispatching orders, uploading tracking numbers and handling returns.
- Support digital marketing tasks such as social media posts, promotional graphics and basic SEO improvements.
- Communicate with customers through online messages and email when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is essential.
- Experience listing products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy or similar marketplaces.
- Ability to create clean, professional product images using AI tools or graphic software.
- Understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including A+ Content creation.
- Experience building or managing ecommerce websites such as Shopify, Wix or WooCommerce.
- Strong writing skills for product descriptions and marketing content.
- Familiarity with ecommerce workflows: invoicing, courier booking, dispatch and tracking updates.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, detail focused approach with willingness to learn new tools and methods.
- Graphic design experience – 3 years (required).
- Web development experience – 3 years (required).
- E‑commerce experience – 5 years (required).
