Job Description:
Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Production Chef Apprentice for Toby Carvery. You will train on the job toward a Level 2 Production Chef qualification over 15 months, supporting kitchen operations and learning with a mix of hands-on and remote coaching.
The apprenticeship includes English and maths skills, regular reviews every 12 weeks, and opportunities to progress to higher level apprenticeships while working in a busy, customer-focused environment.
