Pastoral & Behaviour Lead for Student Wellbeing

Kedleston Group Limited, via Arc School Ansley, is seeking a dedicated Pastoral and Behaviour Lead to join our team. You will support pupils, their families and staff to maintain excellent standards of behaviour and attendance, and contribute to positive wellbeing across the school.

The role requires a level three qualification including GCSE English and maths, evidence of CPD, and the ability to plan interventions, analyse data, and work effectively with vulnerable pupils and their families.
