Job Description:
Gumtree is helping Academics recruit a Mental Health Teaching Assistant in Aylesbury to support pupils aged 5-16 with SEMH needs, anxiety and behavioural challenges in a therapeutic school setting.
The role is permanent from September, with a temp-to-perm pathway, a full-time schedule and a salary of £470–£525 per week. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, using restorative practices and close collaboration with teachers, behaviour staff and therapists.
