Sous Chef – Fine Dining & Private Events

Cinnamon Care Collection Ltd is seeking a motivated chef to join our catering team. You will be responsible for ordering, preparing and serving appetising meals, with a focus on fresh, locally sourced produce and high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Ideally you will be at Chef de Partie level with NVQ 2/3 and have at least 2 years catering experience. You will work with the Head Chef to develop menus, contribute ideas and deliver a fine dining experience for residents and private events.
