Autism & Complex Care Support Specialist

Alternative Futures Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a young person with Autism requiring 24/hour support in a newly developed home. You will help the individual live as independently as possible while staying connected to the local community.

The role involves health-related and social support, medication assistance, incident reporting, and working within personalised plans to promote safety, choice and independence.
