Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is sourcing a Pastry Chef de Partie for a busy hotel and restaurant near Stevenage/Hitchin to join the pastry brigade and craft pastries, breads and desserts for restaurant and special events. 45-hour week with tips paid.
The role involves working on the pastry section with juniors, using fresh produce and delivering AA Rosette level desserts for service and private parties. Accommodation may be available for staff.
