CCTV Control Room Operator – 24/7 University Security

Newcastle University is seeking a Security Controller to patrol and monitor a 50-acre campus and 100+ buildings, providing CCTV patrols, reception, parking control and security reporting 24/7. You will operate the Security Control Centre, log incidents, and coordinate with police and campus staff.

The role requires significant CCTV experience, GDPR knowledge, strong IT and communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to support students, colleagues and visitors.
