Speech & Language Teaching Assistant for SEN Support

GSL Education in Grays is seeking a Speech and Language Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND. You will work with teachers, therapists, and staff to foster communication, confidence, and independence inside and outside the classroom.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with programmes designed by professionals, and help pupils access the curriculum while promoting inclusive practices. Safeguarding checks are required, with opportunities for professional development.
