Primary Teaching Assistant — Support & Inclusion (Luton)

Randstad Education in Luton is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school for a full-time, long-term role beginning September 2026.

You will support the class teacher with daily lessons, run small group activities, assist children needing extra help, and contribute to literacy, numeracy and SEND/EAL interventions while fostering an inclusive, safe learning environment. Experience in a primary setting and enhanced DBS are highly desirable.
