Plant Mechanic Apprentice: Earn While You Learn

GAP Group is running an award-winning Apprenticeship Programme in Bridgwater. Kick start your career as a Plant Mechanic, earning while you learn as you gain hands-on experience alongside our expert fitters while pursuing a nationally recognised qualification.

This is a 3-year course, Monday to Friday 8‑5 with no weekend work. On successful completion you can progress into further roles within GAP, such as Mobile Fitter or Workshop Foreman, with clear pathways and ongoing training.
