Family Help Lead Practitioner – Therapeutic Family Support

Herefordshire Council is seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker (Family Help) for the Central Locality in Hereford. The role involves 30 hours weekly on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2028, located at Plough Lane, Hereford.
