What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service in the café and deli.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including barista‑style coffees.
- Take customer orders, operate the till and handle payments accurately.
- Serve food and ensure products are presented to a high standard.
- Maintain cleanliness in customer areas, displays and service stations.
- Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries and product merchandising.
- Learn and follow food hygiene, health and safety, and customer service procedures.
- Work as part of a team to create a welcoming experience for every customer.
