Role Overview

At JD Wetherspoon we keep it simple, and kitchen managers deliver company standards in their kitchens while keeping our customers as the number one priority. You will run your own kitchen in one of our pubs and support the pub manager in day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibilities

• Work hard, maintain standards and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Keep the team motivated and organised.
• Deliver hot, quality food within a 10‑minute service aim.
• Support the pub manager in the day‑to‑day running of the pub.
• Operate flexible hours, often opening early and closing late.

Working Hours
