Lifeguard: Training, Benefits & Community Impact

Freedom Leisure is recruiting Lifeguards to help run our 37-hour-per-week roles across our centres. You will work on a rota including weekends, ensuring friendly, clean and safe facilities and delivering great customer service to a diverse audience.

We provide training, including NPLQ where needed, and a supportive team culture with benefits such as pension, staff discounts, and an Employee Assistance Programme. DBS check will be carried out where required.
