Luxury Beauty Counter Manager | Lead, Inspire & Grow Team

Trinny London is seeking a Business Manager to join our High Wycombe counter at John Lewis. You will report into the Regional Manager and be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of our counter, leveraging makeup and skincare expertise to empower customers with the right tools and education.

Your daily duties include leading the team, meeting targets, managing rotas, payroll, stock, and health & safety, while driving a culture of exceptional customer service and continuous improvement.
