Wright Staff seeks a Forklift Counterbalance Operator in Droitwich Spa to load/unload using a counterbalance forklift and support warehouse tasks. The role begins with rotating early/late shifts and has potential for permanent placement for the right candidate.

Applicants must hold a current ITSSAR or RTITB license and have prior warehouse and forklift operator experience. NVQ in Warehousing and Storage is advantageous.
