Care Home Chef: Fresh Menus, Dietary Care & Kitchen Lead

Shaw healthcare is recruiting a Chef to join the team at Trenewydd. You will liaise with the Home Manager, Nutritional Therapist and staff to provide high‑quality fresh, home‑cooked food daily and build rapport with residents and their families to meet dietary needs.

You will be responsible for preparing meals, catering to cultural preferences, budgeting, maintaining HACCP records, and supporting a safe, hygienic kitchen while leading the catering team.
