Enforcement & Monitoring Officer — Building Safety Levy

West Northants Council is seeking an Enforcement and Monitoring Officer to focus on the Building Safety Levy, ensuring compliance with planning approvals and building regulations. You will manage cases, collect developer contributions, and take enforcement action where needed, while supporting broader developer contribution functions.
