Aspiring Teacher: Dynamic Cover Supervisor

Dorset Council UK is seeking a motivated Cover Supervisor to support learning across Twynham School and The Grange School. Working 37 hours per week during term-time, you will supervise classes in the absence of teachers and administer centralised detentions, helping maintain a positive, safe learning environment.

You will collaborate with teachers, monitor attendance, and support students aged 11–16, with opportunities to progress into teaching.
