HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to work night shifts (33 hours per week) across dementia, nursing, residential, and specialist care homes.
You will lead a team of Care Assistants, helping residents with daily living, environment safety, and social activities while maintaining high standards of care and accurate records. Ideal candidates will hold a Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Social Care and work towards Level 3, with experience in person-centred care planning and dementia care.
