Equans UK & Ireland in Newcastle is seeking a Caretaker to join the team at Newcastle Fire Station. This permanent full-time role (37 hours) offers £25,460 per annum with a comprehensive benefits package. BPSS vetting and DBS clearance are required. Shifts are Monday–Thursday 07:30–15:30 and Friday 07:30–15:00.
You will be responsible for facilitating FM services, logging jobs, and ensuring timely completion according to plans and standards while providing excellent customer service on site.
