Salary

£43,000 – £46,000 per annum + benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Pastry Chef de Partie in creating exceptional pastries and desserts for guests.
  • Cooperate well with colleagues in own team and across departments.
  • Tailor your approach and anticipate needs so that high quality results are achieved.
  • Deliver discreet, understated and timely service, going that extra mile.
  • Consistently match and surpass guest expectations to ensure guest loyalty.
  • Be knowledgeable of the hotel and its products, and actively seek opportunities to promote them.
  • Take ownership of own tasks and responsibilities in line with departmental standards.
