Ophthalmic Technician – Diagnostic & Surgical Support

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Ophthalmic Technician to join the Ophthalmic Surgical Team. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) Monday–Friday, 7.30am–7pm, in the Ophthalmic Surgical Unit and Medical Retina Unit, with on-site interviews.

Essential qualifications include progressing toward NVQ Level 3 and a Foundation degree in ophthalmic science and technology. Candidates should have good IT skills and be able to work in a multidisciplinary team.
