Job Outline
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, skilled and reliable Higher Level Teaching Assistant. This is a fixed term position for one year. You will work closely with class teachers to plan, prepare and deliver high-quality learning activities, supervise whole classes to cover PPA and short-term staff absence, and support children’s progress, wellbeing and inclusion. You will also play a role in mentoring and supporting other teaching assistants across the school. Building positive relationships with children, colleagues and parents/carers will be central to the role.
