Child and Family Support Worker – CAMHS Therapeutic Education ServiceBased across Misterton and Wellington Learning Centres

Do you believe in the power of compassionate relationships, therapeutic support and positive role modelling? This role supports children and young people with complex mental health needs as part of a multidisciplinary team, creating opportunities for them to thrive emotionally, socially and educationally.

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people within therapeutic education settings, family homes, foster placements and residential environments; help them build resilience, confidence and the skills they need to succeed.
• Provide practical and emotional support to families and carers, helping them navigate challenges and strengthen relationships.

• Ability to work as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team and adapt to varied settings.
