SEN Teaching Assistant – Support & Empower Students

Monarch Education in Erdington invites applications for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a wide range of SEN needs. The role is based in an inclusive, child-centred setting with a start in September and a 32.5-hour schedule (8:30am–3:30pm).

The contract combines temporary and permanent options, offering hands-on support in a nurturing environment and opportunities to develop classroom skills within a specialist SEN school in the West Midlands.
