IT Support Technician — Grow with a Stable Retail IT Team

Elevate Technology Group in Nottingham is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their internal IT team, providing hands-on support across devices, infrastructure and cloud platforms. You’ll help with day-to-day operations and IT improvement work.

You’ll work with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, delivering 1st/2nd line support, onboarding/offboarding and device setup. A clear progression path into management or projects is offered.
