SEMH Teaching Assistant: Support Student Wellbeing

Gsl Education is seeking a SEMH Teaching Assistant to join the pastoral team at a school in Blandford Forum. You will support students with SEMH needs, de-escalate incidents, and work with teachers to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.

You will build strong relationships with vulnerable students, help develop and implement behaviour and support plans, and liaise with safeguarding when appropriate.
