Youth & Family Support Apprentice: Build Independence

Prefer Homes Ltd in Stockton-on-Tees is recruiting a Children, Young People & Families Practitioner Apprentice to support young people and families, improve wellbeing, and gain experience in an Ofsted-regulated supported accommodation service for 16–18s and care leavers.

You will train toward a Level 4 Apprenticeship, developing skills in early intervention, safeguarding, and helping families sustain move-on tenancies with collaboration across education, health and community services.
