ICT Helpdesk Technician – Frontline Support (Welsh/English)

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is seeking an enthusiastic ICT Support Officer to join the ICT support team. The role is based in Penmorfa, Aberaeron, with duties at schools and other locations as needed.

You will provide first-line ICT support for staff and pupils, assist with ICT systems, and bring a proactive, can-do attitude to improving services. Welsh/English communication is essential.
