SEMH & SEND Support Assistant: Empowering Learning

Shaw Education Trust’s Portland School is seeking a caring, motivated SENSA to support students with SEMH, SEND, autism, ADHD and other barriers to learning. You will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, build confidence and reach positive outcomes.

This permanent role is 32.5 hours per week, term time plus five inset days, with actual salary around £19,898–£20,866.
